Luke is the founder of Talos AI, based in Sydney. After 10+ years in enterprise SaaS sales across higher education, local government, and financial services, he made the leap from selling AI platforms to actually building production AI systems — without a developer background.

He's built over 50 production AI workflows, holds GAICD and AWS AI Practitioner certifications, and has held President's Club recognition across multiple enterprise sales roles at companies including NetSuite, SugarCRM, Sitecore, and Workato.

Talos AI is the expression of a simple idea: that AI-powered service businesses can be designed, built, and operated by people who understand business problems deeply — not just people who can write code.
